Why am I receiving an error message when trying to add my phone number?

On Rover, a phone number can only be used on one account. If you’re trying to add a phone number and are receiving the error message, “This phone number is already registered,” this typically indicates you already have an account.

Rover Support is happy to help get everything squared away—just contact Rover Support at the bottom of this page and provide the following information:

  1. The email address of the account that you’re trying to add your phone number to.
  2. The phone number that you’re trying to add to your account.
