You can apply coupons, promo codes, and gift cards during the payment step when booking a service. You'll see the screen below when it's time to enter and redeem your code:

Add a Promo Code to Your Account

Promo codes can also be added to your account to use later. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to your dashboard by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Select Dashboard.

2. Under Rover Balance, select Apply Promo Code.

3. Enter your promotional code. Select Redeem. The next time you book a service, the redeemed amount will be automatically applied to the booking.

Additional Notes

• Even if you’re paying exclusively through a promotional offer, Rover requires that you enter your credit card information. This just verifies that you’re a real person when you book. But don’t worry—your credit card will not be charged if the promotion covers the entire cost of the booking.
• Most promotions and offers are for new Rover customers only, and there’s a limit of one per household.
