Paying through Rover is cashless, convenient, and keeps your personal details safe and secure. Paying outside of Rover’s system can put you at risk for fraud.
• Personal phone numbers aren't shared. Unique Rover numbers are assigned to each pet parent and sitter, which allows you to call and text each other while keeping your actual phone numbers private. Learn more here.
• Simple and effective messaging. When you communicate through your Rover account, you have the peace of mind of our built-in security features. Plus, it’s easy to use—you can book services, work out stay details, schedule Meet & Greets, pay securely, and get cute photo updates all through your Rover account.
