It doesn’t happen often, but if the sitter or dog walker you booked has to cancel at the last minute, we’ll work with you to find a new sitter or dog walker.
- If a sitter or dog walker cancels your booking within seven days of your service start date, we'll give you a refund.
- If any day of your booking falls on one of our recognized holiday dates and a sitter or walker cancels the booking within 14 days of the service start date, we’ll also give you a refund.
- We’ll also provide $20 to help cover the cost of the new service.
Note: If the Booking is cancelled by the Service Provider due to a lack of information from the Pet Owner or pet aggression, then the Owner will have to cover the full cost of any new reservation.
